Dear Best Friend,

You’ve got to do what you always tell us, rise from the ashes and become a better person through your experiences.

I know it will be hard. Situations like that are hard to get through, but you’ve helped me through tough scrapes like this before, so now it’s time for someone to be there for you.

Thanks to you and your huge heart, I know exactly what you need. And for that, I thank you.

Thank you for being there in my troubled times. For showing me that a person in the crappy world actually does care about a nobody like me.

Thank you for proving to me that random acts of kindness do exist and that sometimes they come from the most unexpected of people….even a stranger.

You were a blessing in disguise for me. I remember that day and you helped me realize that I was about to make one of the biggest mistakes of my life. You made me change my life for the better.

Thank you for bringing me out of the dumps and shining a light into my life that I didn’t know was missing.

Now, it’s my turn to do the same for you. Your kindness will always be returned to you tenfold throughout your life and I’m proud to be a part of that fold.

Wherever you go in life, I want you to always remember that tenfold is coming back to you.
