EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT DATE.

All returns are free of charge at Lolarojewelry.com. We will gladly refund an UNWORN item in its original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at lolarojewelry@gmail.com with your order number WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. To arrange to ship, we will send you a free shipping label. Once the item has been received and inspected then we will issue a refund minus shipping charges. We will issue your refund by the payment method you originally used.

Lola Ro Jewelry reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

To arrange to ship, we will send you a shipping label for free to your email. Kindly print the shipping label and send the product back. Once the refund has been processed, kindly purchase the new item. You will be responsible for any shipping cost if the item is not due to a manufacturing defect.
